Cameron Dewar, General Manager at Elliot's Restaurant in London


Cameron is the General Manager of Elliot’s. He has worked in a truly varied selection of London restaurants, from the classical Michelin starred to quirky natural wine bars - a reflection of his diverse tastes. He believes the best wines express a unique sense of place and personality, with a focus on elegance and purity. Currently his 2 favourite regions are the Languedoc in France - having lived in the region and met so many amazing people there, and Galicia in Spain - as an untapped wealth of Burgundian style wine making with the local Godello (white) and Mencia (Red) grapes.

Elliot’s Borough Market is currently open, with outdoor dining in the evenings (Ell Fresco - very clever!). Elliot’s Hackney will be opening very soon, and we can’t wait to check it out!
